The services are made up of the website hosting package with the specific configuration that you have selected or will select via the service interface while you are using the services. All domain store purchases are paid in U.S. dollars; All other services are paid in Canadian dollars.
AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE iQWeb Solutions provides site hosting services that meet appropriate business standards, including package loss, accessibility, latency, availability and throughput. If, for any reason, the site is unavailable for more than 0.1% in a calendar month, iQWeb offers a maximum of one month of free hosting service in compensation. iQWeb may also offer financial discounts during its own divorce. We are sure you will enjoy our services. For your safety, we offer 30 days of refund guarantee on all web hosting packages. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service with 30 days, we will refund you. Please note that domain names and services purchased by third parties cannot be refunded or administrative fees may be charged. If you received a domain name with the web hosting package, domain 15 charges will be deducted from the refund in case of cancellation within 30 days. The domain is yours. You can register with any other web hosting provider with the same domain name.
The 30-day refund guarantee does not apply to domain name purchases. Customers` web hosting limits are defined based on the package they log in to. iQWeb`s servers automatically send reminder emails when customers` use of web storage space is close to the authorized storage space or bandwidth limit. If the customer does not meet the assigned limit, the server automatically blocks the web hosting account. Customers are encouraged to update their web space to a larger package that they think needs more disk space or bandwidth. FEES Customer must pay an agreed fee during the declaration or renewal of the account. iQWeb Solutions will charge the customer every year. The payment due date is displayed on the invoice. Full payment is due up to the due date to activate services or to keep services active online. In the case of credit card payment, iQWeb Solutions automatically debits the customer`s credit card and all account-related fees up to 30 days before renewal. iQWeb Solutions may, at its sole discretion, collect a 10% fee for late payments.
