  • Contract Options –We offer various Service contracts that can cover Regular Inspections, Parts & Labour, Testing, & annual Risk Assessments. Contracted customers benefit from quicker response times and lower charges. It’s fine If you decide not to take out a service contract, we can still maintain your equipment as and when you require.
  • No Equipment Limitations – We are able to offer our services on a wide array of equipment including OTIS, Kone, SchindlerPickerings, Stannah and many more.
  • Highly Skilled Engineers – Our Engineers are fully qualified and DBS checked. Collectively they have over 100 years experience within the industry and have worked for a number of major corporate lift companies.
  • Fast Response Times – We have many Engineers based across our operational area to enable us to rapidly respond to your needs. Our target response times start from just 2 hours depending on the service contract you choose.
  • Remote Technical Support – Our Technicians use the latest technology to support them in the field. They each carry ipad devices to provide  ‘Real Time reporting‘ to our customers and office Admin. This enables our Technicians to have a vast amount of equipment manuals and technical information to hand whilst on site. We also have a Technical department to assist with bespoke technical challenges.
  • Electronic Reports All of our documentation is in electronic format, so whether its a Service Visit Report, Risk Assessment, Test certificate, Invoice or Quote, once it has been generated it can be emailed to you immediately.

The following table indicates the 3 main Service Contracts  that we provide along with various Optional Bolt On’s and Rewards. In most cases these cover our customers needs, but should you require a more specific contract, we will be more than happy to accommodate your requirements.

    • Types

    1. Basic   A service contract that provides basic cover. Contracts start from 1 visit per year with a minimum contract  term of 6 months.
    2. Standard   A Service contract that includes frequent inspections, annual testing, 4 hour response times & risk assessment reports. Contracts start from 4 service visits per year with a minimum contract term of 1 years. This contract can benefit from our Contract Rewards.
    3. Premium   A Comprehensive contract that includes breakdowns, labour & specified parts, frequent inspections, annual testing, 2 hour response times & risk assessment reports. Contracts start from a minimum of 6 visits per year with a contract term between 3 & 10 years. This contract can also benefit from our Contract Rewards.
